Coaching business owners using the Do Business Smarter (DBS) Coaching system –

The core Do Business Smarter service consists of coaching business owners through the process of creating and implementing a business and marketing strategy action plan based on the Smarter Coaching Program  to Position, Market & manage a business for growth and profit.  

 

While we can work with larger companies our program is designed and focused on what some call the "micro business” market. These folks could be single entrepreneurs with no employees, up to small companies with 25-30 employees.

 

While other coaching companies often charge more, through our efficient model of a combination of one on one and group activities, we have positioned ourselves as a cost effective option with an affordable fee structure for our clients.

 

 

Additionally, Do Business Smarter licensees receive

·         Complete Training on our 5 Core Marketing Strategies to get new coaching clients

·         Unlimited Ongoing coaching, support and business building training.

Do Business Smarter Authorized Coach/ Licensee Fees

 

The Do Business Smarter Authorized Coach Training & Licensees range depending on which level you want to participate at and in house financing may be available to the right caliber of applicant:

 

Coach Sub - License: Operating under a Regional Licensee or DBS Corporate:

Initial Fee  $15,000

 

Regional Licensee with Territory Rights: Initial Fee $25,000 + Depending on Territory

 

National or Master Region Licensee: Determined by size of Territory

 

In addition, each licensee or sub licensee pays a monthly fee of $500 per month (after initial 90 days) to cover the ongoing training, support, marketing and access to the online center for their clients plus a percentage of monthly revenue determined by level of participation.

 

There are no additional annual fees.

 

All licensees must complete the coaching training at the Smarter Coaching Academy and maintain a reasonable amount of activity to maintain their license rights.

 

Initial requirements include:

Coach Profile form & application

3 initial interviews/meetings with DBS to determine fit

Initial payment with completed Licensee agreement

Note: You need to be in a financial position to support your business growth, support yourself and your family while you are ramping up and building your business.

 

The DBS System

While we don’t have a one size fits all approach, a typical client using the DBS Smarter Coaching Program may utilize the following services:

 

Strategy Action Planning

A process where your client select and prioritize their list of strategies to implement into their business with your guidance using our online planning tool.

 

Market Research

Each client goes through a three phase market research process to identify:

1.    Their Ideal Target Market

2.    Their markets motivators

3.    Their marketing message

4.    Their media choices

Strategy Training & Implementation

Clients attend regular strategy training session (2 per month) to learn and implement specific strategies into their business

 

Unlimited On Call Coaching

As their coach, clients can call you any time (M-F 9-5) for objective advice and guidance on any business issue

 

Subject Matter Experts

No one has all the answers! Clients can access our network of subject matter Experts to get advice or outsource specific projects to.

 

Progress Review Meetings

Every 90 days each client spends an hour face to face with their coach to review their progress and adjust their plan to make sure your coaching is resulting in new sales or profits on their books.

 

Private Coaching Center Online

We build a private coaching center online for every client where they can access their plan, work on projects with their coach and access all of the online resources in the eLearning Center

 

Online Community / Network

Clients access the DBS online community of proactive business owners to promote their business and generate new prospects and alliances.

 

 

 

No Long Term Contracts:

While some of our clients never leave their coach, Our average client stays for 18-24 months. There are No Long Term Contract – Everything we do with clients is based on a 30 day renewable contract. Clients stay because they are getting results.  

 

Distance Coaching

We leverage technology to be able to offer service across the globe with no geographic restrictions. Clients can access training webinars, simulcast trainings, coaching via telephone, online resources etc all without ever leaving their office if they choose.

Those three phases are broken into 12 core areas, which in turn break into over 70 detailed strategies.  Depending on the clients need, we customize everything to fit them their budget and their goals.
