Oceanside Chamber of Commerce Selects Do Business Smarter to Offer Business Growth Strategy Training to Members.
We delighted to
announce we have been selected by the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce to provide 12 powerful training sessions over the next year on real world
growth strategies for their members.

This is not an exclusive arrangement, we welcome the opportunity to discuss how other members can help us by participating in these seminars and workshops.
In the past we had offered our trainings as live events at national University in Carlsbad, but last year with our reach growing beyond the local area many of our long distance clients wanted to avoid the long commute to attend, so we switched everything to webinars.
While the webinars are very efficient, and allow us to reach a much larger geographic audience, we miss the personal interaction we get with the clients who can attend the live events ... this partnership with Oceanside Chamber will allow us to offer both! Yes clients ... those of you who have been asking ... we are going live again! Local clients can attend the live event in person at the chamber as part of their coaching program, while long distance clients can join us online in the live webcast. Chamber members can purchase seats through the chamber.
We conduct two training sessions per month for our clients, typically on the first and third Tuesday of each month. The Oceanside Chamber trainings will held on the first Tuesday of the month and we are currently exploring offering the 3rd Tue training session either in our own facility or at another Chamber of Commerce in San Diego County. (Yes Chambers, we are open to that conversation! Please call Colm to discuss the details 760-602-9321 Ext 111) All trainings will be offered as live simulcast webcasts for clients outside of the local area ... stay tuned for details.
This alliance allows the chamber to offer powerful training sessions and
workshops for their business owner members on real world growth
strategies at a fraction of the cost of normal corporate training fees.
A Strategy Training Session is NOT
a seminar! The object is to learn, but a seminar can be 200-500 people.
A DBS strategy training session is limited to 30-35 owners who interact
with the Business Consultant / Topic Expert / Session Facilitator … and
each other.
While
the Business Consultant teaches the primary tools, techniques and
strategies, many effective ideas are also gained from other proactive
business owners in the Session.
Many business owners come for solutions to their real world challenges. Others participate to gain new ideas to improve their business … and learn "how” to do it.
While
the focus is on learning and not on networking, when you get 30+ small
business owners is a room together… Networking Happens!
Please respect the other business owners in the room, our training sessions are a "No Sales Pitch”
zone! It’s about learning and implementing new strategies to grow your
business and how you can help others from your experience and what you
can learn from others experience.
